Progress at HungKings is told as a 9-Rank ladder. Each rank is unlocked by provable quality (rating + game accuracy + puzzles), not by hours of grinding.

4	Chess Officer	Calculating several moves ahead, keeping the initiative.
3	Chess Knight	Reading combinations as they unfold.
2	Apprentice	Knowing the moves, at home with positions.
1	Rookie	Your first game — a foot on the ladder.

Each rank is a badge of honor (never bought or sold, never assigned a cash value) and can unlock cosmetic items (board and piece designs). As the nine games roll out, each game has its own 9-Rank journey — and whoever reaches the summit of all nine earns the title of master of nine games.
